There is no new information here. However there is a picture of Reachelle standing on the tracks at Roosevelt Park that I hadn't seen before. Something that stood out to me in both this picture of Reachelle on the tracks, and one that I had seen before posted on KXNET.com, is that Reachelle seems apprehensive in both photos. JMOO, but it seems significant. I will post both photos below. Tell me what you think.
